QUALITY POLICY

As Protaş Project Engineering Construction Electrical Industry and Trade Inc., we operate in the design, production, testing, verification and sales activities of the designed equipment by prioritizing customer satisfaction, product safety, technical competence, legal compliance and continuous improvement.

Our organization is committed to operating in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001:2015, TS EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2020, ATEX 2014/34/EU Directive, IECEx System Requirements and all relevant national and international regulations. In this context;

• To fully meet all legal, regulatory, certification and other applicable requirements,

• To continuously improve the effectiveness and performance of our Quality Management System,

• To provide the necessary framework for the establishment, implementation and review of quality objectives and strategic goals,

• To offer reliable, sustainable and high value-added products by accurately analyzing customer needs and expectations,

• To maintain the certified design specifications, safety integrity and conformity requirements of equipment to be used in explosive environments throughout the product lifecycle,

• To ensure the controlled management of all technical, organizational and operational changes that may affect Ex certificates, conformity assessments or product safety and to inform the relevant certification bodies when necessary,

• To ensure that production, testing and verification activities are carried out in a controlled manner in accordance with approved technical documents, standards, certification requirements and verified methods,

• To continuously improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of our personnel; We are committed to:

• Increasing quality, safety and Ex awareness,

• Ensuring the suitability, continuity and reliability of the equipment, reference standards, software and measurement systems used,

• Establishing and maintaining effective record systems that ensure full traceability of products and critical components,

• Effectively managing technical files, certificates, drawings, software, procedures, test reports, calibration records, production records and other documented information related to Ex equipment by ensuring their accuracy, currency, accessibility, confidentiality, preservation and revision control,

• Evaluating and developing our suppliers in line with quality, technical competence, safety and compliance criteria,

• Increasing product safety, process efficiency and customer satisfaction by integrating a risk and opportunity-based thinking approach into all our processes,

• Supporting knowledge and technology production by collaborating with universities, research institutions, industrial organizations and other stakeholders,

• Adding value to society and our stakeholders by developing products and technologies that support human health, the environment, facility safety and sustainable development.
